Not every worn sprocket or damaged chain requires a full replacement. Our precision machine shop in Bryan, TX, is equipped with CNC mills, CNC lathes, gear hobbing machines, and spline shaping equipment to handle re-machining, re-engineering, and reverse engineering of crane parts.

If your sprocket teeth are worn beyond specification, our machinists can re-machine the component back to OEM tolerances. For discontinued or hard-to-find parts, we can reverse engineer a replacement using your existing part as a reference. Mitchell Crane has produced reverse-engineered crane parts since the 1980s, and most turnaround times are less than two weeks, even for parts we have never made before.
